Waterlily Pond Floral Design Studio provides a service to Bay Area buildings that will enhance the aesthetics and atmosphere of their lobbies.
Large scale, creative, artistic floral sculptures are installed quarterly or monthly using both organic and non-organic materials. Materials used to form the basis of the pieces are bamboo poles and strips, tree trunks and logs, dried branches, recycled objects, ceramic pots and urns, and metal vases. The forms are further enhanced with high quality, trick-the-eye silk flowers.
The high-end custom designs are intriguing pieces that capture the interest of the building’s tenants and their clients. The works provide a higher impact alternative to weekly fresh floral arrangements that “get lost” on the reception desks of the large open space of the lobby. Often they prove to be more cost effective than live designs and do not look tired or wilted at the end of the work week.
Waterlily Pond Floral Design Studio lobby installations have been commissioned by SFMOMA, The deYoung Museum and RREEF Management. David Holley, Senior Property Manager at RREEF Oakland City Center building, praises “creative and exquisite lobby art in flowers and natural plant materials” that Waterlily Pond provided at their lobby for over a year. “If you are seeking an elegant lobby statement, look to Waterlily Pond” recommends David.
