For this annual meeting, attended by stakeholders across industries including Hollywood celebrities, our client wanted a fresh, relaxed “non corporate” feel. Our design reflected this vision and integrated the tropical seaside venue. The lush greenery of the gardens provided a perfect backdrop for inviting conversation areas punctuated by interesting architectural features. We brought the outdoors into the general session with living walls and hanging plants. Cocktails and dinners continued the elevated tropical theme, with color palettes moving from energizing primary to softer jewel tone.
The production was out of the box as well. Needing a large indoor space, we placed a glass tent in the resort parking lot, the first time this had been done at the intimate venue. The tent with a custom deck for the general session, was then flipped into a formal celebrity chef dinner and concert. So many elements were custom: from stage sets, to step lounges and entry bench, to the living wall backdrop. We sited one-on-one conversations, meals, cocktails, and dinner receptions in multiple venues on the property, surprising guests with a new setting and look for every function.
