As part of a multi-year relationship, we provided concepting, design, and production for our client’s high-profile annual investor conference. The conference included seven events over a 3-day period: general session, one-on-one meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and three evening receptions, including a formal celebrity chef dinner for 250 guests. Starting the planning process 12 months in advance, we helped hone the vision for the event and saw it through to completion on site. Inspired by the stunning Pebble Beach setting, we created a range of vignettes across the venue that shifted in look and feel from day to night. Modern and fresh for the daytime sessions shifted to a cozy, more bohemian feel for the night events.
We sourced a specially designed 8,000 square foot glass tent and two geodesic domes as focal points of the activities, and designed multiple custom fabrications for a truly tailored experience, including a custom stage set, architectural details such as custom triangular bench, and iPhone screen surrounds.
