In our 4th year working on this intimate summit for industry leaders, our goal was to create an elegant, comfortable experience that took full advantage of the beautiful Napa Valley setting. We provided concepting, design, and full production for the 3-day event.
The summit’s anchor was a peaceful tented venue for keynote presentations as well as a formal dinner, surrounded by nature but equipped with the latest technology and amenities. We sourced and managed installation of the specialty glass tent, and built a custom stage set flanked by residential style furniture. For daytime meals and a featured concert, we chose a wine country chic sailcloth tent, and created custom chandeliers. We also designed a color coded seating arrangement to facilitate an efficient post-concert departure to a variety of wine country venues.
