Out of Water, floral art installation st mary's cathedral, san francisco. october 2009 commissioned by cathedral festival of flowers.
Above the baptismal font, a dramatic ethereal cascade of white flowers and sparkling glass globes is suspended within an asymmetrical composition of curved copper elements ascending 20-feet skyward. The piece is inspired by the purity and divine energy of the water.
